  I'd been taking my babies here for some time and in general the veterinarians were kind and understanding. However, I took my twenty year old cat in and was told she might have diabetes and to wait a week until more diabetic food was available, well she never got to try that food because over the next few days she declined so fast we had no option at all but to let her go with dignity, her organs were shutting down and I feel a vet should have been aware of how serious her condition was which they weren't. I'd also taken my dog there several times with no real answers on his excessive itching to the point he was pulling the fur off his feet. Today I went to a different vet who prescribed him shampoo and medication to help, we also discovered his liver was swollen which isn't life threatening and mild but again I felt that a vet should have known that and again, they didn't so I doubt I will ever be bringing any of my babies back, not worth the risk for me.
